The mixture of water sample, catalyst solution and strong oxidant digestion solution is heated to 120°C. Polyphosphate and other phosphorus-containing compounds in the water sample are digested and oxidized by strong oxidants under high temperature and high-pressure acidic conditions to generate phosphate. In the presence of the catalyst, the phosphate ion forms a colored complex in the strong acid solution containing molybdate. The analyzer detects the color change and converts the change into the total phosphorus value and outputs it. The amount of colored complexes produced is equivalent to the amount of total phosphorus.

Characteristics:

Valve components selection. It can select the reagent sampling sequence, with flexible channels, variable functions, minimum dead volume, easy maintenance, long service life and other advantages.

Printing function. It can be connected to a printer (optional order) to print the measured data in time.

1 Method basis: Phosphomolybdenum Blue Spectrophotometry Detection

2 Measuring range: 0-10 mg/L total phosphorus (divided into 0.1-2.0mg/L; 0.2-5.0mg/L; 0.5-10.0mg/L;).

3 Accuracy: no more than ±10% or no more than ±0.2mg/L.

4 Repeatability: no more than ±5% or no more than ±0.2mg/L.

5 Measurement period: The minimum measurement period is 30 minutes. According to the actual water sample, the digestion time can be arbitrarily modified within 5 to 120 minutes.

6 Sampling cycle: time interval (10~9999min arbitrarily adjustable) and hourly measurement mode.

7 Calibration cycle: adjustable at any interval any time from 1 to 99 days.

8 Maintenance cycle: generally, once a month, about 30 minutes each time.

9 Reagent consumption: less than 0.50 RMB/sample.

10 Output: 2 channels of RS-232; 1 channel 4-20mA.

11 Environmental requirements: indoor with adjustable temperature, recommended temperature +5~28℃; humidity ≤90% (no condensation).
